The Sansa Flare Pants and Maggie Tunic by Bella Sunshine
/Hobbes has had her plate full since school started with homework, dance classes, music classes and auditions; that when she gets free moment-she loves to escape to her room and play with her Legos and dolls. I decided to use both Bella Sunshine Designs Sansa Flare Pants and Maggie Tunic patterns as loungewear for my daughter to wear while playing.
I get excited when I see that both patterns range from 6 months to size 12-I’ll get a lot of use out of these; and I love how perfectly they pair up. I made my daughter a size 4 width and 6 length in the pants. For the top I wanted more fitted on look-making her a size 4 - but leaving the bottom of the tunic long because I loved the curve of the t-shirt I up-cycled.
Oh yea, the blue floral fabric I used were from JoAnn Doddle collection (from 2014) and I paired it with a new Target’s Star Wars Shirt size 14 youth shirt I got for on clearance $2.99. Sweet right?
