Introducing Pattern Emporium
/I was recently introduced to Kate from Pattern Emporium. How I had never been exposed to her patterns up until this point, I have no idea since they are some of the BEST I have seen on the PDF pattern market. Clearly, I live under a rock! Kate is an Aussie designer with quite a dedicated fan base, and that's for good reason. The Pattern Revolution review team jumped at the chance to do a shop review and try an handful of her patterns. I can safely say that the PR ladies now have a new "go to" designer! If you'd like to try Pattern Emporium, you can use the code IHEARTPR for the next 72 hours to receive 15% off your order, and be sure to enter the GIVEAWAY at the end of this post for a chance to win one of three pattern packs.
Here's a look at some of her current patterns as sewn by the Pattern Revolution Team. Lori made the brand new release, The Little Miss Sweetie Pie Dress, which can also be made as a top. This pattern comes in sizes 2-10 and had many options for different finishes.
Becca sewed up the Ladies Tiered Maxi Skirt for her sister in law. Isn't it gorgeous???? This beginner pattern comes in sizes xxs-3x.
Andrea made the unisex Baby Harem Pants which can be made in sizes newborn to 2t. They feature optional outseam ruffles or dino edges.
The Harems also come in preemie/doll sizes. Carrie made the smallest size for her daughter's doll, and her daughter is wearing the girl's version to match.
Becca also made the Girl's Harem Pants, and you can read her full review of this pattern HERE.
Cassie sewed up the Ladies Harem and Lounge Pants which can be made in US sizes 2-14.
Kara sewed up the Ladies Skater Skirt for her teenage daughter. This pattern comes in 2 lengths and can be finished with an elastic waist or with a zip and includes lots of other options.
Ellen made the Girl's Ruffle Flip Skirt. An essential in any girl's wardrobe, the flip skirt can be made in so many combinations- 2 different yoke styles, 2 different pockets, and single and double ruffled skirts as well as a tiered version.
And Kari made one with a different set of pockets.
Kari also made the Girl's Gathered Skirt which can be made in 3 lengths, features a flat front and has 4 pocket options and 2 hemline options.
Jessica made the Sweetheart Cargo Pants which feature 3 waistline options and 3 pant front options for a variety of different looks.
Cassie sewed up the Ava Jeans for her daughter. This pattern can be made in sizes 3-10 and features a slim leg, adjustable back waist, mock front fly and front and back pockets.
Like most Aussie patterns, they are a bit more spendy than the majority of patterns on the US market; however, the consensus from the PR team is that these patterns are a cut above most. Clear instructions, gorgeous photography and numerous options per pattern make them a good value. And don't forget about the coupon code IHEARTPR for the next 72 hours to receive 15% off your order.
