Hey everyone! It’s Rebekah from RebekahSews sewing up some fun! I don’t know about you, but I just love pink...and I love it even on my boys. Yup, you read that right. Pink and boys mix very well in my book. So when given the opportunity to be part of this tour, I just leapt at it.
I knew exactly what I had in mind too. I have been wanting to sew up the Marc shirt by (afflink). This was the perfect project for it too. Shouting modern boy yet preppy chic too. Now what to pair with it? That question was soon answered when Winter Wear Designs released the Sk8 skinnies. Seriously, what could be better than a pink skinny jean? How about the fun detail on the pockets. This is boy approved, withstood hours of play, and awesome enough for him to be the talk of the playground.
Who says boys can’t wear pink? Tuff boys wear PINK!!
Sewing for my new grandson meant using dark colors and scary monster fabric. . . until now! Handmade Boy’s Boys Can Wear Pink campaign helped me take that leap out of the dark and into a few shades of pink . . . .
And to complete the outfit, Kwiksew's Ellie Mae Designs Baby Booties in pink flannel.
Thanks for following along!
